About Edvolutions

People, process, and design — in that order.

Edvolutions partners with institutions to drive transformative change by centering people first. We understand that change, even positive change, can be difficult — so our work begins with your stakeholders and the work that they do.

Mission

Building student-ready institutions

Our mission is to partner with colleges and universities to lead transformative change by centering people, process, and design. We support institutions in becoming truly student-ready, where systems are intentionally designed to meet the needs of today's students. Through personalized, evidence-based, student-centered coaching, we help colleges design solutions that foster belonging, enhance the student journey, and drive meaningful outcomes.

Approach

Evidence-based, student-centered, collaborative

We connect colleges to evidence-based, student-centered content, services, and support tailored to their specific context. Our strategy prioritizes practices that benefit all stakeholders while centering students — through interactive, inclusive sessions where attendees shape the discussion and build connections across their institution.

How We Work

Grounded in your campus context

Listen First

Virtual and in-person interactions with diverse college teams give us a comprehensive understanding of your specific campus context before we recommend anything.

Design Together

Sessions are interactive, inclusive, and collaborative — participants bring their expertise to shape the discussion, build connections to promote peer learning, and get to a design that works for your people and context.

Support the Follow-Through

We provide the services and coaching necessary to help your teams achieve their strategic goals, not just a report that sits on a shelf.
